2.Cut off the power first when the pump fall into water

4.Working pump must be put in the place where it is higher than the water level,in case water will regorge to the pump.

The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:

2. The item must be returned in NEW condition and with the entire original package, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
3. Customer is responsible for return postage, but we will cover all expense in sending replacement.
4. Any returning must inform us first, to send back without return ID (given by LD customer service) will not be accepted.
