The Tsurumi LB-480A Heavy duty submersible has an advanced EL-1 Relay unit mounted on the side of the pump which eliminates the need for float switches. These sensitive electrodes detect water, turning the pump on and off automatically. This contractors dewatering pump has a semi-vortex urethane rubber impeller for maximum durability and maintaining pump performance. It has double inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces, running in an oil filled chamber and further protected by a lip seal running against a replaceable, stainless steel shaft sleeve provides for the most durable seal design available.
