    Description

    Liberia Scott # 252, Issued in 1936.  MNH ERROR.   Stamp should be surcharged "1936" and new value.  Two sheets were fed into the press at the same time and the bottom sheet received an ALBINO surcharge.  An impression of the "1936" and new value "8" can be seen on the stamp.
